Return Policy

1. Return Conditions
Return Request Period: We accept return requests within 14 days from the date you receive the product.
Product Condition: The product must be intact, unused, undamaged, and still have all original labels and packaging.
Non-Returnable Products:
Products that have been used or are no longer intact.
Promotional items, discounted items, or products that are non-returnable (if applicable).
Products made to individual customer requests (such as custom products, products made to specific sizes, etc.).
2. Return Process
Return Request: To request a return, you need to contact us via email or support phone number within 14 days of receiving the product. Please provide your order information, a photo of the product, and the reason for your return.
Return Request Confirmation: After receiving your request, we will review and confirm your return request within 1-2 business days. We will send you detailed instructions on the return process.
Return Product: Once confirmed, you will need to return the product to the address we provide. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective due to the manufacturer.
Return Inspection and Processing: After receiving the returned product, we will review and process the return within 7-10 business days.
3. Refunds
After checking the condition of the returned product, we will refund you in the form of payment, including credit card, bank transfer or e-wallet, depending on the payment method you used.
The refund may take 7-10 working days depending on the payment method.
Original shipping charges are not refundable, unless the product is defective.
4. Defective products
If the product you received is defective or does not match the description, please contact us immediately. We will refund the entire purchase price and shipping costs in this case.
You will not be charged shipping fees for returning a defective product, and we will cover the shipping costs to return the product to you.
5. Product exchanges
We only accept exchanges if the product is defective or does not meet the requirements you ordered. You can request to exchange for another product of equivalent value or request a refund.
